GENERAL PURPOSE
To join our Kindergarten Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the Kindergarten (K2–K5) experience. In this role you will inspire teachers and students, model positive values and foster a vibrant, collaborative, bilingual learning community.
How will you make an impact?
- Work closely with Head of Kindergarten to drive strategic planning, lead curriculum development, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Champion the bilingual, student centered model, promoting best practices and creative approaches to teaching and learning.
- Lead, coach and inspire teaching staff, fostering collaboration and a positive school culture.
- Ensure excellence in learning and care, prioritizing student well-being, inclusion and the development of foundational skills.
- Partner with teachers and specialists to support students’ holistic development: social, emotional, and academic.
- Collaborate with other school sections on cross-curricular projects with a focus on sustainability, community engagement, and educational innovation.
- Represent the school with local education authorities (DIPREGEP) and oversee reporting, compliance and local regulatory requirements.
- Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community.
Requisitos
What are we looking for?
- A recognized Kindergarten qualification (key requirement).
- Native-level fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong background in teaching early years learners.
- Proven leadership capabilities; previous experience in a similar leadership role will be highly valued.
- A forward-thinking educator, familiar with global best practices and innovative approaches to early childhood education.
